Know that I understand and value your vulnerability, my friend. Your darkness has often echoed my own and brought understanding to my hear. I love you and I'm just a call away if you need me.

Hear=Heart 😘

Margot thank you for being real. We live in a world where we are told to suck it up bed wetter, never let them see you sweat, you will get trampled by the stampede if you show your true weaker vulnerable side. The truth is it isn't your weakest side but rather the side that makes you stronger and sets you free. What a shame it took me over half a century to learn this....and old habits are hard to break. I'm starving to be vulnerable, to be free. Maybe not to the whole world yet, but at least to a few.

Dave, please know how much it means to me to have you post your comment. Sadly, our society names the pieces that make us most human and authentic as weaknesses - and punishes us for showing them. But as you say, finding the freedom to be who we really are and to honestly expose our true selves to the world is an unbelievable display of strength. Choosing authenticity is not an easy choice. As e.e. cummings wrote, "To be nobody - but -yourself-- in a world which is doing its best, night and day, to make you everybody else--means to fight the hardest battle which any human being can fight; and never stop fighting." And that's who I fully intend to be - even when it's hard. Welcome to the club. :)

Franni - my amazing, wonderful, and caring friend. I love you. Always have. Always will. Thank you for hearing me. And thank you for valuing me. Know that it goes both ways. xoxo
